Sitting is the new smoking & we’re not standing for it – we’re planking! Sure we indulge in snacks & wine at our office but we really strive to find & promote healthful ways of living. This month we’ll be dedicating time to a plank challenge around 5pm every day at our office. We kicked our shoes off yesterday with a 30 second plank to start & the time will only increase from there.
