CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: We wanted to let you know ahead of time that starting September 5th, 2023, we’re introducing a cancellation fee of $50 for laser services that get cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. We’re doing this to keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone gets the best experience possible. Please know, we put off implementing a fee as long as we could because we understand life happens, but last-minute cancellations have gotten to be a regular occurrence. These situations really impact our team as well as other clients who can’t get in for an appointment as a result. So, if you can’t make it, please give us a heads-up ASAP to avoid the fee.
SHAVING REQUIRED PRE-APPOINTMENT: For the best results and to ensure the effectiveness of your laser hair removal treatment, it is important that you shave the area being treated on the morning of your appointment. We will no longer be able to provide shaving services at the salon. The time allocated for your laser appointment is specifically scheduled for the laser hair removal procedure itself and does not include shaving. In order to be seen for your appointment, we kindly request that you arrive with the treatment area already shaved to avoid any delays or rescheduling.
