WE HEARD YOU LOUD AND CLEAR – NO MORE CREDIT CARDS REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENTS BOOKED ONLINE!
In the hopes of making contactless payment easier when people came in to the salon, we were requiring credit cards when making an appointment online. We heard all of you loud and clear – you did not like that requirement! We removed it and, starting today, you can make appointments without a credit card.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY HAS BEEN CANCELLED!
After so much back and forth and going to all the effort of adding the cancellation policy, we have decided to remove it. The conversation has always been focused on protecting our clients and our team because it is frustrating for both our team and the clients trying to get in for appointments when there’s a full schedule one minute and then a bunch of last minute cancellations turn it into an almost empty schedule at the end. But, we also know that it feels like a punishment, which is what most of you have expressed to us. So we are officially removing it, but we are asking for your help! Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you want to cancel an appointment so we will have time to re-schedule someone else. That way our team members are happy and so are our other clients who can come in and get their service done.
