Happy Spring!
The birds are chirping, the sun is out, and Spring weather is here to stay (fingers crossed)! We wanted to let you know of some updates that we have been working on.
PRICE INCREASE – The not-so-fun news we have to share with all of you is that we are increasing prices for our services (effective 4/27/2022). In 21 years we have only increased prices once before this time. And just like in the past, we have held off on raising prices as long as we could, especially during the last two years, but the rising costs are too overwhelming to our business to not have to pass a bit on to our beloved clients. We promise to continue to give all of you more than 100 percent in our customer experience! We thank you for your loyalty and understanding in this transition.
MIDTOWN EAST LOCATION COMING SOON!!! – We are excited to announce that the work has started on our Midtown East location. We know you have been waiting, especially our treasured Shobha Madison clients, for a location to open back up on the east side. We appreciate your patience as we were scouring to find the perfect place for you all and we found it! This will be our first location on the ground floor in Manhattan in our brand’s history so we are very excited about it! It is also beautiful so we can’t wait to share it with all of you!
MASKS ARE OPTIONAL – This change went in a few weeks ago, but masks are optional at Shobha now at all locations. Please feel free to wear a mask or not wear one, but know that your Specialist or other customer experience members may continue to wear their masks. Just as we have done with all of you, we have also given the choice to our team members whether they want to continue wearing a mask or not. We appreciate your patience as we know we took a bit longer to make masks optional given the close proximity of the services.
