Shobha welcomed an early start to the holiday season with Diwali! Diwali – like Christmas/Hanukkah to many Americans – literally means “A Row of Lamps” & has become a yearly event, in which Indians illuminate their homes for good luck. Friends & family also visit one another to share sweets & joy! Obviously, we celebrated Diwali the best way we knew how…with mimosas & desserts!
