Breathe, Bend, Grow, founded by one of our very own Shobha clients (shout out to you, Cara!) is brand new & is already bringing top notch children’s yoga programs to different spots in & around FiDi, Battery Park & Tribeca. Each BBG class offers a non-competitive activity allowing children to become more empowered in their bodies, more evolved in their minds & strengthen their cooperation skills (aka playing nice with others). Even if you haven’t reaped the benefits of yoga yourself, you have probably heard a million things about it in the news, so it makes perfect sense to get the kids started early, plus it’s a bunch of fun!
